I’m Ready to Upgrade, What Now?

The process to upgrade from WaPac to Xtra is a simple one. Because all of our products are backward compatible, the only upgrade you need will be with the software and the QRC Firmware (to ensure latest version). The cost associated for the upgrade is one price for the software; which includes the database conversion and update to the firmware to ensure the version is WL 012506, if needed.

A copy of the existing database is required before the conversion, so that it can be reviewed by our technicians. After a full review of the database, we will set up a time with your technicians to install Xtra and convert the database.
